SmartZone Full Spectrum Control Channel Scan Timer

Selects the amount of time that the radio is allocated to perform a Full Spectrum Control Channel Scan. Once this timer has expired, the radio returns to normal control channel operations. This selection applies when in SmartZone operation for all Trunking Systems and Trunking Personalities. Time is in seconds.
